PASADENA, Calif. - It's the final day of the California high school football season.

After two state finals on Friday, Championship Saturday at the Pasadena City College site features the CIF State Championships in Divisions 2-A, 4-A, and 7-A.

You can read the full primer on those five title games here. In the first game of the day, Strathmore (Central Section) defeated Bell Gardens (Southern Section) 42-7 for a 7-A title.

Fourth Quarter:

4:19: Roman Hernandez records an interception for Strathmore.

10:38: Ruiz' fifth touchdown run of the game puts the Spartans up 42-7. 

Third Quarter:

0:25: Strathmore recovers a fumble at Bell Gardens' 38.

0:49: Ruiz rushes for touchdown number four from 36 yards out. Strathmore leads 35-7.

2:21: After a 77-yard run from Ruiz, Bryson Bias scores from six yards on a keeper to put Strathmore up 28-7.

3:14: Strathmore ends a nine-minute drive from Bell Gardens with a turnover on downs at its own five-yard line.

Second Quarter:

0:16: Bell Gardens holds in the red zone after a 1st-and-goal at its own three.

First Quarter:

2:58: Strathmore regains 14-point lead with a rushing touchdown from Gerardo Ruiz.

4:01: Bell Gardens cuts Strathmore's lead to 14-7 on a six-yard rush from Daniel Tovar.
