Tony Duckett scores 18 points in Lancers' 71-67 victory in the National Division

SAN DIEGO — Tony Duckett scored a team-high 18 points to lift Carlsbad over Archbishop Mitty on Friday night in the semifinals of the National Division for the Torrey Pines Holiday Classic presented by SBLive Sports.

Jake Hall added 16 points for the Lancers while Jordan Garner finished with 13.

Carlsbad will face Faith Family Academy in the National Division title game on Saturday night.

Tyler Jones had a game-high 22 points for Monarchs while Grayson Jalal added 13 and Gavin Ripp finished with 12.

The Lancers jumped out to a 26-17 first quarter lead.
