Here are SBLive's statewide Florida high school softball rankings, which span all classifications. SBLive’s Florida softball rankings are compiled by Ross Van De Griek and will be released weekly during the 2022 season.
SBLIVE FLORIDA SOFTBALL RANKINGS

1. Lakewood Ranch (5-0)
The Lakewood Ranch Mustangs open our weekly softball rankings at the top. The Mustangs have been led by junior Cassidy McClellan, senior Grace Hogie and senior Kelsey Vogel who have each driven in eight runs on the young season.
This Week: at Fort Myers (Mon.), vs Calvary Christian (Tues.), vs Windermere (Wed.), at Parrish Community (Thu.), vs Gulf Coast (Fri.)
2. Doral Academy (3-0)
The Lady Firebirds are off to a nice start to begin the 2022 season.
This Week: vs SLAM Academy (Miami) (Wed.), at Wellington (Fri.)
3. Windermere (5-0)
The Lady Wolverines check in at No. 3 in our SBLive Florida Top 15 softball rankings ahead of their showdown with No. 1 Lakewood Ranch on Wednesday night.
This Week: vs Lake Nona (Tues.), at Lakewood Ranch (Wed.)
4. Bartow (4-0)
If you haven’t been following the Yellow Jackets softball program so far this year, they are fun to watch. The Yellow Jackets have yet to allow a run in their first four games of the season.
This Week: at Auburndale (Tues.), vs George Jenkins (Fri.)
5. Parrish Community (4-0)
The Lady Bulls round out our top five, in this week’s SBLive Florida softball rankings. Sophomores Alex Call and Julia Girk each have driven in five runs to lead the team on the young season.
This Week: at Sarasota Riverview (Tues.), at Hardee (Wed.), vs Lakewood Ranch (Thu.)
6. Mitchell (5-0)
The Lady Mustangs check in this week’s SBLive Florida softball rankings at No. 6
The Lady Mustangs have scored five or more runs in each of their first five games this season.
This Week: at Palm Harbor University (Tues.), at East Lake (Wed.), at Wesley Chapel (Thu.)
7. West Orange (5-1)
The Lady Warriors are coming off their first loss of the season to No. 3 Windermere in their last game.
Senior infielder Ailey Schyck has been a force at the plate this season, leading the team with eight runs batted in.
This Week: at Oviedo (Tues.), at Apopka (Thu.), vs Berkeley Prep (Fri.)
8. Middleburg (4-1)
The Lady Broncos have won four of their first five games to begin the new season.
Freshman Kerra Clarida currently leads the team in runs batted in (7) as well as batting average (.400)
This Week: vs Tocoi Creek (Mon.), at Creekside (Tues.), vs Baldwin (Thu.)
9. Lake Region (3-1)
The Thunder are coming off their first loss of the season (5-0) against Bartow back on March 4. Freshman duo Hannah White and Margaret Jenkins have been the offensive forces this season.
This Week: vs McKeel Academy (Tues.), at Haines City (Fri.), vs Sickles (Sat.) (Bay Made Invitational), vs Land O’Lakes (Sat.) (Bay Made Invitational)
10. Palatka (6-0)
The Lady Panthers round out the Top 10, in our weekly SBLive Florida softball rankings. In the first six games of the season, the Lady Panthers are allowing just over two runs per game.

11. West Nassau (3-1)
The Lady Warriors are coming off their first loss of the season, 8-7 in eight innings to Trinity Christian Academy (Jacksonville) back on March 4.
This Week: at Keystone Heights (Thu.)
12. Lake Brantley (4-0)
The Lady Patriots have allowed just two runs in their first four games of the season. Senior pitcher Hannah Marien has been lights out in the circle as she has a 0.28 earned run average in 25 innings pitched so far on the season.

13. Venice (6-0)
The Lady Indians come into the SBLive Florida softball rankings at No. 13
This Week: at Sarasota (Tues.), at Dwyer (Sat.)
14. Niceville (5-2)
The Lady Eagles are coming off a 2-2 weekend at their tournament this past weekend. Senior Lindsey Lesher has been an offensive force leading the team with five runs batted in on the season.
This Week: vs Tate (Tues.), vs Pace (Thu.)
15. Cooper City (4-0)
The Cowgirls are off to a nice start to begin the 2022 season, coming into this week averaging nearly eight runs per game. Senior pitcher Jordyn Hustey has been a force in the circle and at the plate.
