2023 RB Treyaun Webb reveals Top 5 schools; Florida Gators are in the mix
Trinity Christian Academy (Jacksonville, Fla.) junior running back Treyaun Webb has narrowed his college recruitment down to five schools.
The five schools in no particular order are Baylor, Florida, Penn State, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Back in January, Webb narrowed his schools down to 11, eliminating Georgia, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Michigan, Oregon and UCF.
This past season for the Conquerors, Webb rushed for 1,148 yards and 11 touchdowns leading them to a state runner-up finish.
Webb had previously committed to the University of Georgia, before decommitting in Jan. 2021. He then committed to Oklahoma - until Lincoln Riley left for USC. He has not set a decision date on an official announcement.
According to multiple recruiting services, Webb is the No. 5 running back in the 2023 class.
Over the course of his recruitment process, the 6-1, 205-pound running back has received over 50 Division I offers across all power five conferences.
Earlier this month, Webb took an unofficial visit to the University of Florida. “It went great, I was able to take a tour of the campus and meet Coach (Napier) for the first time.” Webb said following the visit.
Webb has two more official visits scheduled for the summer with Penn State (June 11) and South Carolina (June 24) so we could see a commitment following those two visits.
