It wasn’t the prettiest in but of course the Patriots will take it. They got a touchdown and interception out of star Ohio State commit Brandon Inniss.

The Ascenders did not have a game, as their game vs. Jones was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. 

5 - St. Thomas Aquinas did not play; Game vs. Miramar cancelled 

The Raiders did not have a game, as their game vs. Miramar was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. 

6 - Columbus beat Miami, 55-14

The Explorers rushed out to a 20-0 first quarter lead and never looked back in a blowout victory over Miami. 

7 - Cardinal Gibbons lost to No. 3 Plantation American Heritage, 21-2

After an early safety and leading 2-0, the Chiefs couldn’t produce any kind of offense. Cardinal Gibbons gave up 21 unanswered points en route to loss No. 1. 

8 - Lakeland beat Lake Gibson, 47-14

The Dreadnaughts got their game in versus the Braves early in the week and beat up on their Polk County rivals behind a strong rushing effort. 

9 - Tampa Bay Tech did not play; Game vs. Freedom rescheduled for 10-3-2022 

The Titans did not have a game, as they prepare to face Freedom on Monday in a rescheduled contest.

10 - Pine Forest beat Fort Walton Beach, 54-0

This one was a snoozer for the Eagles. We will sound like a broken record but finally, we get Niceville vs. Pine Forest this upcoming week.
