The Tiger Sharks’ defense played tough, as both of the Seahawks’ top quarterbacks went out with injuries in the loss

SANTA ROSA BEACH, FLORIDA- When you lose your starting quarterback, that’s one thing.

Then you lose your backup signal caller, that’s another story. That was the very case for the South Walton Seahawks when they faced Port St. Joe last night.

On Friday evening, the Tiger Sharks’ defense was able to force multiple turnovers via interceptions en route to a 20-10 victory over the Seahawks.

Behind a strong rushing attack led by DJ Oliver, the Tiger Sharks went on the road and picked up a solid victory. Now with just two weeks left in the season, each program is jockeying for playoff positioning.
