Tovani Mizell, 4-star running back, commits to Kentucky over Georgia, Oklahoma & Tennessee

DAVIE, FLORIDA- Once committed to Georgia back in the early spring, Western running back Tovani Mizell de-committed from the Bulldogs to re-open his recruitment.
It led him to teams like Oklahoma and Tennessee, but Kentucky always remained in the thick of things. Wednesday morning solidified Mizell would stay on the SEC route when it came to who he would eventually commit to.
Western (Florida) junior running back Tovani Mizell announced Wednesday morning via Twitter that he is committing to the Wildcats. The running back is a 4-star rated prospect according to 247Sports and also had offers on the table from Alabama, North Carolina and Oklahoma.

Mizell transferred to Western from Dematha (Maryland) over the off-season and some may remember him from his days at Cardinal Newman in 2021. The running back also held offers from Arizona, Arkansas, Cincinnati and Florida.
