SBLive Sports Florida brings to you and fastest three minutes in high school sports as we introduce: The Fast 3 with Andy V.

Our SBLive reporter every week will catch up with a high school sports coach, player, administrator or personality and go rapid fire with questions for three straight minutes.

In our fifth edition, we bring in Dwyer assistant athletic director Ray Gordon. Gordon started out with the Panthers as the Director of Football Operations at the school before moving into the position he currently holds. 

He’s overseen the transition to Al Shipman as the head football coach of the program and the boys basketball team heading off to states last year. We caught up with Gordon to ask him a few questions heading into the 2023-2024 school year.
