SBLive Sports Florida brings to you and fastest three minutes in high school sports as we introduce: The Fast 3 with Andy V.

Our SBLive reporter every week will catch up with a high school sports coach, player, administrator or personality and go rapid fire with questions for three straight minutes.

Next up is South Walton High School head coach Phil Tisa. The Seahawks are currently 1-1 on the season and have expectations of winning the Class 2S, District 2 championship this fall.

Tisa is entering his 10th season as the head coach of the Seahawks and his 18th overall at the school. We caught up with Tisa as his team heads into Week 3 of the regular season.
