Kevin Thompson, Palm Beach Central: Thompson and the Broncos of West Palm Beach just keep winning. Palm Beach Central faced its toughest test of the season, as Thompson led the Broncos past Benjamin 27-24.
Garon Belser, North Port: For the first time in North Port history, the Bobcats are off to a 4-1 start. Belser guided his program to win No. 4 when they defeated Bayshore 37-14.
Jeff Rolson, Apopka: Up against a high-powered Olympia offense and needing a win, Rolson made sure his team was up for the task. Rolson led the Blue Darters to a thrilling 25-23 win over the Titans.
Kyle Dougherty, Yulee: Needing a win to setup a Class 2S, District 5 showdown with Baker County was exactly what Dougherty was hoping for. The Hornets' lead man led his club to a crucial 12-7 victory over Baldwin.
Robby Pruitt, Williston: In come from behind fashion, the Red Devils remained undefeated. Pruitt pressed all the right buttons in Williston's 24-22 comeback win over Newberry.
Brock Canaday, Dixie County: The Bears just continue to surprise the 1R ranks. Canaday pulled off what would be the most impressive win to date for Dixie County, a 19-18 win over Chiefland.
Eddie Metcalf, Taylor County: Since Hurricane Idalia pounded the region, getting back to the athletic fields at all was a tough ask of the Bulldogs. Metcalf has kept his bunch together and led them to their first win of the season, 34-0 over Hamilton County.
