Edward Bandy had two rushing touchdowns to lead Columbus to a 38-19 victory over Mandarin on Friday in the Florida (FHSAA) Class 4M state football championship game in Tallahassee.
It marks back-to-back state titles for the Explorers (13-2) and the third in program history.
Bandy finished with 95 yards rushing while quarterback Alberto Mendoza had a game-high 141 yards on 20 carries for Columbus.
