IMG Academy White heading overseas to Ireland for 2024 season

For the second year in a row, IMG Academy White will be heading across the pond to play some high school football.

According to Gaelic Gridiron, IMG Academy White will be traveling overseas to face Episcopal School of Dallas on August 23rd (Friday) at the Global Ireland Football Tournament in Dublin, Ireland.

It will be the second year in a row traveling across the Atlantic Ocean for the Ascenders, as they faced the NFL Academy last year in England.

IMG Academy White suffered its first loss of the 2023 season, 31-14 to NFL Academy, when they traveled abroad. For NFL Academy, it marked the first win ever against competition from a United States-based team.

The Ascenders finished 10-2 on the season, with their only other loss coming against Venice, 43-0. IMG Academy White won the Sunshine State Independent Association (SSIA) state championship last fall.
