Lake Washington QB Jakson Voelker voted the WaFd Bank Washington Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to Lake Washington High School quarterback Jakson Voelker for being voted Scorebook Live's Washington Federal Athlete of the Week!
Voelker, a senior, rushed 9 times for 100 yards and four TDs, and was 8-of-15 passing for 126 yards and another TD in Lake Washington's 42-14 win over Juanita on Nov. 1.
Voelker received 24.7% of the vote, beating out Colville WR Paul Skirko who finished with 22.4%. Hoquiam RB Malaki Eaton finished third with 17.8% and Montesano QB Trace Ridgway finished fourth with 12.6%.

Malaki Eaton, Hoquiam RB: Eaton, a senior, carried the ball 39 times for 303 yards and 3 touchdowns in Hoquiam's 42-13 victory over Forks.
Talataina Tevaga, Bothell RB: Tevaga finished with a game-high 124 yards on 17 carries, including a 9-yard touchdown run in the final minutes of the first half, to help Bothell beat Eastlake 47-24 in the KingCo title game.
Ryan Kershaw, La Salle RB: In just over one quarter of action, Kershaw carried the ball 7 times for 223 yards, and 3 TDs and had three tackles, one TFL and a forced fumble on defense in La Salle's 49-7 win over Naches Valley.
Trace Ridgway, Montesano QB: Ridgway rushed for 123 yards and four touchdowns and passed for 159 yards and two more TDs to lead Montesano to a 49-7 win over Elma.
X-Zavier Thomas, Kentlake DE: Thomas had 4 tackles, 2.5 sacks and scored a touchdown in Kentlake's 58-0 victory over Kent-Meridian.
Nattie Ruzauskas, Richland XC: Ruzauskas set a personal record in the District 8 cross country championship meet, winning the race with a time of 18:22.
Gabe Johnson, Kentwood RB: Johnson had 18 carries for 239 yards and two touchdowns in 3 quarters of action as Kentwood rolled to a 49-21 win over Decatur.
Joseph Dwyer, Puyallup WR: Dwyer had nine receptions for 171 yards and two TDs in Puyallup's 59-13 win over Rogers.
Levi Crum, Hockinson QB: Crum passed for 371 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns in a 47-25 win over Ridgefield.
Taylor Jackson, North Kitsap RB: Jackson rushed 25 times for 253 yards and 2 TDs in North Kitsap's 28-14 win over Olympic.
Justin Brennan, Lakes QB: Brennan completed 11-of-15 passes for 256 yards and 3 TDs in Lakes' 55-3 victory over Wilson.
Paul Skirko, Colville WR: Skirko had seven receptions for 196 yards and 3 TDs to lead defending 1A state champion Colville to a 49-33 win over Freeman.
Trajan Schouten, Lynden Christian QB: Schouten was 9-of-12 fir 235 yards and four TDs in Lynden Christian's 42-0 win over Meridian.
Trent Nobach, Arlington QB: Nobach threw for 324 yards and 6 TDs in Arlington’s 63-42 win over Meadowdale.
Evan Wiersma, Mead WR: Wiersma had six catches for 141 yards and a 55-yard TD to lead Mead to a 21-16 victory over Ferris and earn a share of the Greater Spokane League title.
