Minnesota High School Boys Basketball 2026 State Tournament Scores, Recap, Schedule - March 25

MINNEAPOLIS — The 2026 Minnesota high school boys basketball state tournament continues on Wednesday with the Class 3A quarterfinals and final two games of the Class 2A quarterfinals at Williams Arena.
High School On SI will have final scores and recaps of the action throughout the day.
CLASS 3A QUARTERFINALS
No. 1 Totino-Grace (23-3) vs. No. 8 Minneapolis South (21-8)
Dothan Ijadimbola led top-seeded Totino-Grace to a win over Minneapolis South. He scores 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.
DeAngelo Dungey added 15 points for the Eagles.
The Tigers shot 27.9 percent from the field and turned the ball over 24 times. Jumair Wright led them with 21 points.
No. 4 Northfield (25-3) vs. No. 5 Mankato East (21-7)
The Raiders surged in the second half to win their first state tournament game since 1932. JT Graupmann scored 22 points, and Kayden Oakland added 19 points for the Raiders.
"We definitely got the nerves out," Oakland. "It's the first time in a long time being here, for this program, but I think after we got settled in, I knew we were going to be just fine."
Mankato East led 32-21 at halftime, but the Raiders' defense improved in the second half and forced turnovers and fast-break opportunities. They led in the final minutes, and Oakland's and-1 after a backdoor cut sealed the win for the Raiders.
"It's always a good idea to give the ball to Kayden," Northfield head coach Matt Christensen said.
Mankato East was without senior guard Amari Nobles for much of the game. He left the game with a left knee injury after a drive to the basket.
"When you see one of your good friends go down, and you have to respond in that type of scenario, it's pretty hard," Mankato East senior Lucas Gustafson said. "I thought we did pretty good right afterwards. We just ran out of energy at the end."
Braden Petzel led Mankato East with 11 points and seven rebounds.
No. 2 DeLaSalle (24-3) vs. No. 7 Grand Rapids (24-4)
The Islanders blitzed the Thunderhawks in a blowout win. Junior guard Jaeden Udean scored 26 points.
"Once I saw my first one fall, I knew what kind of day it was going to be," Udean said.
The Islanders' athleticism and shot making overwhelmed the Thunderhawks from the moment the game began. The Islanders led 15-0 before Grand Rapids made a basket.
Joseph Sutherland led Grand Rapids with 12 points.
No. 3 Richfield (27-2) vs. No. 6 Sartell (21-8)
Richfield's dominant first half gave it the win over the Sabres. The Spartans outscored the Sabres 41-24 in the opening 18 minutes thanks to 51.5 percent shooting.
The Sabres played well in the second half, but they could not overcome a deficit in turnovers and rebounds.
Tyrese Hagler led the Spartans with 20 points. Gideon Mclntosh-Horne scored 18 points.
Maddox Lewis scored 19 points for the Sabres.
CLASS 2A QUARTERFINALS
No. 2 Pequot Lakes (28-1) vs. No. 7 Blake (19-12)
Pequot Lakes took a lead with one minute remaining in the first half and never trailed from there. Four Patriots tallied double-digit points, led by Tollef Birkeland with 15.
Blake's Trameill White led all scorers with 24 points.
No. 3 Minnehaha Academy (22-5) vs. No. 6 Waseca (23-7)
Waseca's Deron Russell scored 51 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome Minnehaha Academy. The Redhawks advantage in offensive rebounds and turnovers gave them the edge over the Bluejays.
Junior guard Ayden Green led the Redhawks with 22 points.
Russell shot 15-of-26 from the field, and he went 15-for-18 from the free throw line.
Deron Russell just dropped 51 points in his last high school game.
