La Jolla Country Day started quick on Tuesday, grabbing an 18-4 lead over Windward after one quarter and extended their lead to 35-13 at the halftime break.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- La Jolla Country Day started quick on Tuesday, grabbing an 18-4 lead over Windward after one quarter and extended their lead to 35-13 at the halftime break. The Torreys were able to cruise through the second half, winning 63-43 for their fifth consecutive victory. Junior forward Breya Cunningham led the Torreys with 14 points while guards Jada Williams and Taj Roberts each finished with 12 points.

Windward junior guard Skye Belker led all scorers with a game-high 21 points.
