Here are the candidates for SBLive Oklahoma’s high school athlete of the week for April 25-May 1. Read through the nominees and cast your vote. Voting will conclude Sunday at 11:59 p.m. If you would like to make a nomination in a future week, email nate@scorebooklive.com.

Ky Lynn, Howe baseball

Lynn went 3-for-4 and drove in six runs as the Lions posted a 14-6 win against Talihina Friday in the deciding game of their Class 2A bi-district series.

Tustin Timms, Panama baseball

Timms hit a pair of doubles and drove in four runs and was also the winning pitcher as the Razorbacks swept Colcord in their 2A bi-district series, 13-1. He recorded seven strikeouts on the mound.

Brex Caldwell, Red Oak baseball

Caldwell threw a no-hitter as the Eagles won their Class A regional Thursday with an 11-1 win against Crowder. He also struck out 14 batters.

Will Bryan, Wister baseball

Bryan went a combined 5-for-6 and drove in six runs as the Wildcats swept Wewoka in their 2A bi-district series Thursday.

Gabe Rodriguez, Wagoner baseball

Rodriguez had two hits and three RBIs as the Bulldogs swept their 4A bi-district series against Stigler with a 7-1 win. He also had an RBI single in Wagoner's 5-1 win in the opener.

Dax Collins, Poteau baseball

Collins was a combined 7-for-8 and homered three times as the Pirates swept a 4A bi-district doubleheader Thursday against Miami. He had a grand slam in the Pirates' opening-game win.

Josiah Ostrowski, Eufaula baseball

Ostrowski went 3-for-4 with two RBIs as the Ironheads posted an 8-0 win against Valliant in the opening game of their 3A bi-district series, which Eufaula won in two.

Gannon Shackelford, Spiro baseball

Shackelford was 3-for-4 and drove in five runs as the Bulldogs defeated Idabel, 16-6, in the third and deciding game of their 3A bi-district playoff on Saturday. He was also the winning pitcher in Friday's second game, as Spiro got a 12-4 win. Shackelford struck out 11 batters in his performance.

Brayden Ringer, Skiatook baseball

Ringer was the winning pitcher as Skiatook took the deciding third game of its 4A bi-district series with Inola, winning 7-3. He threw five innings and allowed three earned runs on five hits, striking out six.

Baylor Corbin, Owasso baseball

Corbin went 3-for-3 and drove in three runs as the Rams clinched the outright District 6A-3 title on Tuesday with a 16-4 win against Broken Arrow.

Maddox Edwards, Oktaha baseball

Edwards threw a four-inning perfect game and struck out five as the Tigers posted a 20-0 win against Liberty in the opening round of their 2A bi-district series Friday, a series Oktaha swept in two.

Caden Thompson, Warner baseball

Thompson had two hits in each of the Eagles' two wins against Chelsea in the 2A bi-district round. In the first game, he was 2-for-3 with four RBIs in Warner's 10-0 win against Chelsea.

Mason Pickering, Hilldale baseball

Pickering went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs as the Hornets downed Cleveland, 9-1, in the deciding game of their 4A bi-district playoff Thursday.

Brannon Westmoreland, Haskell baseball

Westmoreland threw a one-hit complete-game shutout as the Haymakers defeated Nowata, 4-0, in the first game of their 2A bi-district series. He also went 3-for-3 with a home run and added three more hits in the second game as the Haymakers got the sweep, 18-8.

Elena Conaway, Broken Arrow girls soccer

Conaway's goal late in the first half proved to be the difference in the Lady Tigers' 1-0 win Tuesday against Owasso, which clinched the District 6A-4 title for Broken Arrow.

Elijah Bustamante, Broken Arrow boys soccer

Bustamante had a goal in the first overtime period, the lone scoring in the Tigers' 1-0 win against Owasso on Tuesday.

Forrest Sipes, Cascia Hall boys soccer

Sipes tallied the game's only goal in the closing minutes as Cascia Hall pulled off a 1-0 win against Fort Gibson on April 25.

Lilly Ray, Weatherford girls track

Ray won the 100 meter dash (12.26) as well as the 200 meter dash (24.86) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Chisholm, helping the Lady Eagles claim the team championship.

Ally Stephenson, Kingfisher girls track

Stephenson won both the 100 hurdles (15.12) and the 300 hurdles (45.35) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Chisholm.

Laiken Hackett, Chisholm girls track

Hackett placed first in the 100 meter hurdles (16.27) as Chisholm won the girls title at the 3A regional meet Saturday at Chisholm.

Kennedy Hight, Perry girls track

Hight won both the 200 meters (25.58) and 400 meters (57.83) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Chisholm.

Summer Lester, Beggs girls track

Lester won the 1,600 meters (5:37.17) and was part of the first-place 800 relay (1:51.73) and 1,600 relay (4:13.34) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Okmulgee, with the Lady Demons claiming the team title.

Kallista Frye, Victory Christian girls track

Frye won the 100 meter (12.29) and 200 meter dashes (25.52) at Saturday's 3A regional meet in Okmulgee.

Kinzie Williams, Bristow girls track

Williams won the 300 hurdles (48.40) and was part of the first-place 800 relay team (1:46.18) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Okmulgee, helping Bristow claim the girls team title.

Brooklyn Garner, Poteau girls track

Garner won both the 100 (12.81) and 200 (26.20) dashes at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Okmulgee. She was also part of the first-place 400 relay squad (50.98).

Baylee Tapley, Bethel girls track

Tapley won four running events at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Madill. She won the 400 (1:00.41), the 800 (2:25.87), the 1,600 (5:50.64) and the 3,200 (12:34.87).

Liyah Dauman, Prague girls track

Dauman won the 200 meter dash (27.32) and the long jump (16-11 1/2) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Madill.

Rielyn Scheffe, Washington girls track

Scheffe took first in the 100 hurdles (16.82) and the 300 hurdles (48.06) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Madill.

Madi Surber, Tuttle girls track

Surber won the 100 meters (15.05), the 400 meters (57.39) and the 300 hurdles (42.59) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Madill.

Cadence Carlos, Byng girls track

Carlos took first in both the 1,600 (5:37.32) and 3,200 meter runs (12:42.76) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Madill.

Korie Kizarr, Marlow girls track

Kizarr won the 800 (2:25.37), the 1,600 (5:30.81) and the 3,200 (12:16.37) and was part of the 3,200 relay squad that took first (10:50.19) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Plainview, helping Marlow claim the girls team title.

Janell Witherton, Lexington girls track

Witherton won the 300 hurdles (46.71), the 100 meter dash (12.84) and the long jump (15-11) at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Plainview.

Jacelyn Hammon, Plainview girls track

Hammon helped her team win the 4A girls regional title at the regional meet in Plainview by winning the high jump (5-2) while also being part of the champion 800 (1:47.91) and 1,600 (4:09.54) relay squads.

Madisyn Crandall, Cache girls track

Crandall won the 100 meter dash (12.53), the 200 meter dash (25.64) and the long jump (17-5 3/4) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Plainview.

Shaylin Petty, Seiling girls track

Petty won the 400 meters (1:03.09) and the 800 meters (2:29.98) and was part of the 1,600 (4:13.53) and 3,200 (10:47.57) relay squads as the Class A regional meet Saturday at Cherokee, helping Seiling win the girls team title.

Brinley Buchanan, Drummond girls track

Buchanan won both the 100 (12.65) and 200 (26.57) meter events at Saturday's Class A regional meet at Cherokee.

Sierra McCracken, Cashion girls track

McCracken took the 800 meter title (2:35.48) at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Cherokee, as Cashion claimed the girls team championship.

Katie Bosley, Oklahoma Christian Academy girls track

Bosley won the 100 meters (12.15) and 200 meters (25.30) at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Cherokee.

Kamryn Baggs, Laverne girls track

Baggs won the 800 (2:37.95), the 1,600 (5:40.31) and the 3,200 (13:03.73) at Saturday's Class A regional meet at Laverne.

Addison Walker, Hammon girls track

Walker won both the 100 meters (13.31) and the 200 meters (28.06) at Saturday's Class A regional meet at Laverne.

Jaque Berry, Texhoma girls track

Berry won the 110 hurdles (16.42) and the 300 hurdles (50.90) at Saturday's Class A regional meet at Laverne.

Mady Swayze, Hooker girls track

Swayze took two running events; the 100 (12.79) and the 400 (1:02.76) at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Laverne.

Hollie Stalder, Hooker girls track

Stalder claimed both the 1,600 (5:53.70) and 3,200 (12:55.26) running events at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Laverne.

Polly Tacker, Hobart girls track

Tacker won the high jump (4-4) and pole vault (8-6) at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Laverne.

Abigail Sparlin, Sweetwater girls track

Sparlin won four events at Saturday's Class A regional meet at Okemah; the 100 meters (13.51), the 200 meters (27.22), the high jump (5-0) and the 100 hurdles (16.93).

Kileigh Mixon, Stroud girls track

Mixon took both the high jump (5-6) and long jump (15-11 3/4) titles at Saturday's 2A regional meet, held at Stroud.

Ellie Hoemann, Regent Prep girls track

Hoemann took first in both the 400 meters (1:00.28) and 800 meters (2:23.69) at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Stroud.

Jakobi Bartling, Velma-Alma girls track

Bartling won both the high jump (5-4) and long jump (16-8) events at Saturday's 2A regional meet at Okemah.

Clark Free, Oklahoma Christian School boys track

Free took first in both the 110 hurdles (15.72) and 300 hurdles (40.97), helping the Saints claim the 3A regional title Saturday at Chisholm.

Emmitt Murphey, Jones boys track

Murphey won two running events at Saturday's 3A regional meet at Chisholm; the 400 meters (48.90) and the 800 meters (1:59.31).

Chapman Neal, Bethany boys track

Kilpatrick got first place in both the 100 meter dash (11.19) and the long jump (21-2 1/2) at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Madill.

Ryan McLaughlin, Harding Charter boys track

McLaughlin captured both the 1,600 (4:37.45) and 3,200 (10:09.99) meter events at Saturday's 4A regional meet at Madill.
