Ryan Wingo to Missouri? 5-star wide receiver's decision 'coming soon': Report

Ryan Wingo is the highest-rated uncommitted player in America

Only four five-star prospects in the class of 2024 remain uncommitted.

>>> A look at the 4 uncommitted 5-star prospects: Where are they headed?

The No. 1 guy? St. Louis University (Missouri) five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo, who comes in at No. 5 overall.

But he may not be on the market much longer.

According to PowerMizzou, Wingo's family has indicated a decision "is coming soon," while adding that the dynamic pass-catcher will be taking yet another visit to Missouri this weekend.

"Wingo to Missouri" has gained significant steam in recent weeks - with 247Sports predictions coming in from key figures and On3 giving the Tigers a 48.5 to 30.2 percent edge over Texas to land the in-state receiver.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound athlete has visited Missouri multiple times this fall, and a return trip this weekend would be a huge win for the program.

Eliah Drinkwitz's program has already secured a massive in-state commitment in this cycle with the addition of Lee's Summit North five-star edge-rusher Williams Nwaneri.

Could they pick up a matching superstar on the offensive side of the ball?

It's beginning to sound like Wingo is ready to join the fold.
