Here are Scorebook Live’s preseason Top 10 rankings for Class 4A Washington high school softball. Our class-by-class Washington softball rankings are typically released every Monday throughout the season. With spring sports on hold due to coronavirus concerns, it's possible these will be our only softball rankings of the 2020 season.
