Travis Pulver has worked in online sports media for nearly 20 years, primarily as a freelancer for various sites, including GamingToday, The Sporting News, WSN, SportyTrader, and BettingPros. A former “career student,” Travis has earned degrees from Texas A&M-Galveston, IUPUI, and Ball State and attended the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, where he played football (DIII). As a native Texan, his allegiance will always be to sports teams based in the state of Texas. He is an avid supporter of the Dallas Cowboys (despite their many faults), Houston’s pro sports franchises (the Texans, Rockets, Astros, and Sabercats), and the state’s UFL teams. If he's not working, he's either boxing, wishing he could play rugby again, or spending time with his wife, Nicole, and kids, Addison and Jackson.
