It was a huge weekend of Alabama athletics so we get into several conversations on "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" on Monday.

Let's begin with the Alabama basketball win over the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday. The Crimson Tide made 18 3-point shots, overcoming a drastic rebounding disparity, to maintain its lead in the Southeastern Conference.

Nate Oats has his program leading the SEC and currently projected as a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament despite historic turnover over the offseason.
