DeAndre Carter "had a great time" at Big Cat Weekend

Four-star interior offensive lineman DeAndre Carter was on the Plains for Big Cat Weekend, and according to his post on Twitter, he had a great time.

Carter is from Santa Ana, California, and is ranked as the 90th-best player in the 2024 class according to 247Sports composite rankings.

In the Twitter post, Carter was wearing an Auburn t-shirt, and the caption on the post said, "Had a great time at Big Cat."

It sounds like Carter is close to a decision, and Auburn commits have been recruiting him hard on Twitter.

Even recent commit Perry Thompson is in on the action recruiting Carter as he posted "come home" and tagged Carter on a recent Twitter post.

Hopefully, Carter decides to play his college ball on the Plains. If he does, Carter would be one of the best offensive linemen Auburn has landed in a really long time.
