WATCH: Payton Thorne throws an absolute dot to Caleb Burton

In this story:
One of the biggest question marks heading into fall camp was whether or not Payton Thorne would win the starting job.
After the first few practices, it seems like it is his job to lose since he has been running out with the starters.
Thorne has some interesting throwing mechanics but looks calm and collected, throwing the ball to his target.
He started for two years at Michigan State, so he has played in some tough environments, which will help him in the SEC.
The Auburn social media team posted a video of Thorne throwing a deep pass to Ohio State transfer Caleb Burton and this ball was thrown beautifully.
Burton has received some praise for what he has done thus far at fall camp, so I would not be surprised to see him get some playing time this season.
Thorne will prove the haters wrong during his first season on the Plains, quarterbacking the Auburn Tigers.
Let's take a look at this beautiful pass from Thorne to Burton.
