Five-star receiver Cam Coleman is still locked in with Texas A&M but plans to visit Auburn soon

Cam Coleman was one of Auburn's big targets in the 2024 class, but he shocked the recruiting world and committed to Texas A&M out of nowhere.

This happened in early July, and since we haven't heard much about the five-star wide receiver from Phenix City, Alabama.

Coleman recently told On3's Chad Simmons that he is still locked in with Texas A&M but will take some visits to other schools.

Let's take a look at Coleman's full quote.

Coleman said, " I am going to take more visits, and I will get back to Auburn soon. I am planning to take official visits to Colorado and Penn State. Florida and Florida State might get official visits, too."

There's a legit chance that Auburn could flip Coleman, especially if the Auburn Tigers were able to take down the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday.

Coach Freeze has proven he can recruit with the best of them, flipping Perry Thompson from Alabama and Demarcus Riddick from Georgia.

If Auburn were able to flip Coleman, watching him and Thompson catch passes from Walker White would bring a tear to the eye of every Auburn fan.

Hopefully, Coleman does get on campus soon for a visit, and it goes well. If this happens, the Tigers really could flip one of the best players in the 2024 class.
