Auburn defensive tackle Jayson Jones is among those players that have been putting in the work. His trainer, Coach L, shared a video on Twitter showing his burst and ability to get off the line has been a focus point.

Jones certainly looks leaner and quicker. The junior defensive lineman is listed at 6-foot-6, 338 pounds.
As Auburn gears up for the upcoming season, fans will be eager to see how Jones performs on the field. With his talent, work ethic, and determination, it's become clear that he is one of the leaders on the Tigers' 2023 team.
