Look: PFF Names Dontay Corleone Among Top-45 2023 College Football Players
CINCINNATI — UC football's No. 1 talent cracked the PFF Top 50 players in college football this week. Defensive tackle Dontay Corleone is ranked 41st on the list.
The redshirt sophomore has had a notable preseason week. He also cracked the Nagurski Trophy watch list with 94 other names, including players from 11 of the 14 Big 12 schools and 24 defensive tackles on the Outland Trophy watch list.
Corleone was PFF's highest-graded defender in 2022 and registered the sixth-most run stops of any defensive lineman nationwide. He ended the season with 44 tackles, three sacks, and two forced fumbles.
Corleone is the highest-ranked defensive lineman on the list as of this writing.
