Pinging The Portal: Bearcats Offer Nebraska Wide Receiver Alante Brown

Cincinnati is very thin at that spot.

CINCINNATI — UC football started attacking its neediest transfer portal position this week with an offer to Nebraska wide receiver.

The junior holds two years of eligibility after making 10 starts for the Huskers in 2022.

The 5-foot-11, 190-pound receiver caught 16 passes for 191 yards. Overall, Brown's caught 22 passes for 262 yards in his career, to go with 284 return yards.

He is On3's 265th-ranked transfer available. Brown would be added to a slot receiver spot with just two players.

Cincinnati is the only Power Five offer he announced on Twitter.
