UC CB Ja'Quan Sheppard: 'Can't Let Receivers Off The Line'

The senior playmaker is t-27th nationally with four pass breakups this season.

CINCINNATI — UC cornerback Ja'Quan Sheppard is taking on a big role this season and has acclimated just fine. He's posted 17 tackles (13 solo), and four pass breakups as the outside corner opposite Arquon Bush.

There hasn't been much drop-off from that duo compared to Coby Bryant and Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner. That's a testament to Bush and Sheppard's preparation.
