Four-Star 2025 Cornerback Jahmari DeLoatch Breaks Down Top-Five Schools

DeLoatch could hold a significant role for every program on this list.
In this story:

TUNNEL HILL — The Cincinnati Bearcats were included in the top five of a current four-star cornerback.

Jahmari DeLoatch is an Oscar Smith High School star from Chesapeake, Virginia in the 2025 recruiting class. He spoke with All Bearcats to explain his top five.

Vanderbilt: “Vanderbilt is a second school with great coaching their scheme of football I think goes well with my play. I have never been but I am going in the spring and I’m looking forward to it.”

Michigan: “Michigan is a top school because the coaches already had a fit and plan for me. Michigan is also a great school in general with a great staff and a great program on how they run things. They have a new coaching staff but I’m sure they won’t disappoint.”

Wake Forest: “Same thing really with the other colleges. Wake Forest is a great school and I think academically one of the best schools on my list. Wake Forest also has a great program I think I will fit very well in with great coaches that I build a great relationship with.”

Virginia Tech: “VT gives off great vibes and I love the coaches very much. Like every other program, I think I have a great spot in their defense.”

Cincinnati: “I love the coaching and a lot of great DB’s came from out of Cincinnati. They’re located in a beautiful place and have a great school overall. I also see myself playing at the UC, they also told me my role in their defense and how important it would be.”
