Cincinnati Adds Third Commitment From 2024 Class in Guard JJ Rembert

Wes Miller's 2024 class is coming together.

CINCINNATI — UC men's basketball appeared to add a third talent from the 2024 class on Saturday as unranked guard JJ Rembert out of Nation Ford (South Carolina) committed to Cincinnati as a preferred walk on.

He is not ranked or profiled on a major recruiting service

Rembert is a spark plug offensive player with a nice package of dribble-drive finishing moves and a sound feel for dishing out of double teams to mine good looks. He's a strong shooter off the bounce and catch as he uses quick shooting to overcome a lack of size.

He uses that same quickness to show strong point-of-attack defending on the perimeter. Rembert and Day Day Thomas share some similarities in playing style but Thomas looks more explosive.

He's played on multiple prep circuits as he commits to Cincinnati.
