CINCINNATI — The pads are popping at Higher Ground and UC football also just sent out a pair of 2024 offers starting with four-star wide receiver Mylan Graham out of New Haven (Indiana).

According to On3, Graham is the 136th-ranked player in the class and the 19th-best receiver. ESPN has him ranked 155th nationally and also pegs him as the 19th-rated receiver.

He holds 13 offers from schools like Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Penn State. On3 has Notre Dame (40.4%) as the favorite to add him right now, followed by Ohio State (18.5%) and Penn State (15.9%). UC sits at 1.2%.

Graham is the most well-rounded receiver UC has offered that I've watched since I started at All Bearcats

The 6-1, 170-pound talent didn't display any weaknesses (that he can control) on tape. New Haven got him the ball in a lot of innovative ways. Graham is used on screens, swing passes, and quick throws, plus, he didn't have any difficulty separating from corners on go routes.

The acceleration he displays is elite, and he pairs it with a nasty left-to-right juke move. Graham is a north-south player, wasting no space going towards the sidelines. Add in home run ability as a returner, and he could easily be the next great receiver at UC. Check out highlights here.

The second offer went out to four-star safety Willy Love out of Woodrow Wilson (New Jersey).

According to 247Sports Composite, Love is the 141st-ranked player nationally and is the 14th-ranked safety. ESPN has Love tabbed as the 133rd-ranked player nationally and the 14th-ranked linebacker (Love is a tweener between S and LB).

On3 has Rutgers (31.6%) as the favorite to land Love, followed by Penn State (27.7%), and Syracuse (12.4%).

Most of Love's film comes at the linebacker spot, and a lot of those skills should translate as a punishing 6-3, 193-pound safety. The incoming senior takes great angles to the ball carrier and has one of the rarest things for a high school tackler: patience.

Love isn't afraid to let things develop and take a longer angle to ensure the play gets made. He has great anticipation on throws to the flat—with multiple interceptions on those plays as a junior. Love plays ball carriers down the line and has lateral ability to attack sideline-to-sideline. It's hard to tell how sound his coverage skills are as a primary linebacker, but that'll be refined by safeties coach Colin Hitschler.

Check out his highlights here.
