Isaiah McKenzie Inks Deal with Indianapolis Colts

While Georgia has a list of players that are on the verge of getting their NFL careers started, there are also some former Dawgs that are keeping those dreams alive. NFL free agency has been active, and former Georgia wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie has signed with the Indianapolis Colts after his stint with the Buffalo Bills.
McKenzie was the first-ever player drafted under Kirby Smart. He was selected in the fifth round with the 172nd overall pick by the Denver Broncos. He was then waived by the Brocnos after one season and was then signed by the Buffalo Bills and spent the next five seasons in Buffalo. Now after becoming a free agent this year, he will continue to his successful professional career with the Colts.
Since being drafted, McKenzie has a career total of 1,345 receiving yards, 141 receptions, and 15 total touchdowns. The former Bulldog has long been referred to as "The Human Joystick" due to his playmaking ability with the ball in his hands, and that trait has helped keep him on NFL rosters.

McKenzie is fresh off of his best season to date in the NFL as he racked up 42 receptions for 423 yards and four touchdowns. He has been a valuable and consistent piece for the Bills, and he will look to continue that success with the Colts.
