Game Primer: How To Watch, Things To Know for Texas at Kansas

In this story:
The Kansas Jayhawks came back to the earth with a big thud on Saturday when they went up to Ames and got absolutely destroyed by the Iowa State Cyclones. But there isn't much time to figure out what went wrong, as they come back home tonight to take on the Big 12 leaders: The Texas Longhorns.
The Longhorns have been on a tear in the conference, with 4 big wins on the road, including on Saturday against the Kansas State Wildcats. But now they are looking turn around quickly and sweep their trip to the state of Kansas with a win in Lawrence.
Kansas comes into the game ranked #8 in the Coaches Poll and #9 in the AP Poll, while Texas is #6 in the Coaches Poll and #5 in the AP Poll.
Kansas leads the all-time series 36-12, including a 17-2 record in Allen Fieldhouse. The two teams have split the last 8 games, but the Jayhawks have won 14 of the last 18. The last game was a Kansas win in Lawrence in overtime in last year's regular season finale.
