STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi State Bulldogs face the LSU Tigers in an all-important game three after splitting the first two games. MSU fell just short of a great comeback as they trailed 9-1 in the third, and the final was 9-8.
Jurrangelo Cijntje will get the start for MSU, and he must start well. LSU will start Thatcher Hurd, who was impressive last year during the Tiger's run in Omaha.
Today, the Bulldog bullpen will be key. They pitched well this weekend but have used a lot of arms, and what arms are left will need to pitch well.
