The 2025 wide receiver board is bound for some shakeup or a bit of a makeover now that Mike Brown has taken over as the position coach. There was a talented newcomer added to the board on Sunday when an offer was extended Tempe (Ariz.) Corona Del Sol star pass catcher Raiden Vines-Bright.

The 6-0, 175-pound pass catcher just put together an extremely impressive junior campaign for the Aztecs. In 11 games, Vines-Bright hauled in 59 receptions for 1,114 yards and nine touchdowns, averaging a stellar 18.9 yards per reception.

Coach Brown was most recently the wide receiver coach at the University of Wisconsin, an offer that Vines-Bright already held. Even before Brown officially came to the Irish, Notre Dame had been doing their homework on the Arizona native. Brown’s presence was the finishing touches to extend that offer.

"Getting offered was a great moment,” Vines-Bright told Irish Breakdown. "It definitely was an easy conversation for me already having a relationship with Coach Brown.”

Vines-Bright already has a high opinion of Notre Dame. They have been a school that he has wanted to hear from for some time now.

"My early thoughts about Notre Dame is that it’s always been one of those schools I would love to go to and it definitely helps that I have close family in Indiana,” he explained. “It's a great school, education and football program.”

The Irish have already done enough to capture the talented wide receiver’s attention. Along with a list of some very impressive schools, Vines-Bright is already sorting through it all and trying to find his best fit. Visits this offseason will be a huge part of that final decision.

"Recruiting has been good and it’s starting to pick up again,” Vines-Bright said. "Schools that stand out right now are USC, Notre Dame, Arizona, Michigan and Washington.

"I want to try to commit by this summer but when I visit I will know that it is home,” he added. "That feeling will come.”

Vines-Bright has seen his recruiting ranking begin to take a big step forward. He is rated as a four-star recruit on the On3 recruiting ranking, currently sitting as the No. 200 overall player and No. 29 wide receiver in the 2025 recruiting class.

The Arizona native has been hearing from more and more notable programs. Some of Vines-Bright’s top offers so far include the Irish, USC, Michigan, Washington, UCLA, Wisconsin, Kansas, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State, Louisville, Baylor and Purdue among others.
