Dylan Andrews knows his offensive game has struggled as of late but when his teammate, Sebastian Mack left Saturday's game early, he stepped up.

Mack returned to the game but Andrews was in complete control by that point.

In his postgame press conference, Andrews gave all the credit to his teammates.

“My teammates was trusting me every day in practice. Just getting in rhythm. I haven’t shot the ball that good these last couple of games, so I just have to stay confident. Just come into this game being positive. My teammates trusted me. It just felt good to see the ball go in the basket today.”

Andrews also praised Devin Williams and Aday Mara's efforts. The two big men have seldomly been used this season but the larger lineup created space for Andrews.

Andrews led all scorers with 20 points. It was his second 20-point game this season, the first was against Cal State Northridge on Dec. 19, 2023.

Before the game, he was averaging 9.6 points per game and now he is at 10.2.

Lazar Stefanovic, who scored 17 points, was asked about Andrews' performance after the game.

“He was amazing. When he goes out there, he’s confident. We trust him to make the right play. He’s amazing for us. We need him for the rest of the year to play like that.”
