UCLA Women's Basketball: Charisma Osborne Helped Off Court After Fall Vs Utah

The All-Pac-12 superstar is ailing.

Your UCLA Bruins could be missing their best player for the rest of this game.

Four-time All-Pac-12 superstar grad student guard Charisma Osborne crashed into Utah Utes player Ines Vieira in the middle of the third quarter of the club's inaugural matchup for this year's Pac-12 Tournament in Las Vegas. The favored Bruins are the event's No. 3 seed, while the Utes are its No. 6 seed.

She had to be helped off the hardwood by the Bruins' medical staffers.

At the time of her departure, UCLA led 38-32, with Osborne serving as the game's top scorer, with 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting from the floor (0-of-3 from long range). She started off connecting on 6-of-6 of her field goal tries.

The 5'9" upperclassman out of Moreno Valley had also chipped in an assist and a rebound at the time of her departure. With an average of 14.1 points on .416/.340/.889, Osborne is UCLA's second-leading scorer this year behind All-Pac-12 sophomore center Lauren Betts.

Per Thuc Nhi Nguyen of The Los Angeles Times, UCLA's team examined her right leg and knee area. She left to the team's locker room temporarily, but eventually returned to the bench.

Here's hoping she returns to the floor proper next!
