Former UFC fighter Mike Perry came quite close to brawling with pro boxer Idris Virgo.

Perry attended the official ceremonial weigh-ins for the Misfits 010 event, headlined by KSI vs. Tommy Fury in Manchester, England. "Platinum" is the backup fighter for the co-main event between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis. Both Paul and Danis ended up making it to weigh-in day despite the bloody press conference fiasco.

With that said, Mike Perry wasn't without any action, and it nearly turned violent. Perry and Virgo exchanged heated words at each other as media members were watching it all unfold. Perry's comments about saying he'd "kill" Virgo and give him brain damage set Virgo off, and the two had to be separated by security.

"In your country, you ain't s***," Perry said. "They know me more. You a little p**** a** b****, f*** you. F*** you, b****, you ain't do s***. Twice you been in my face, I told you to do something."

Virgo was firing back as Perry was insulting him.

"You scared little boy," Virgo said. "You know you a p****."

Perry then hurled a grim warning to Virgo that nearly sparked a brawl.

"I'll f****** kill you, b****," Perry said. "I'll give you brain damage, you f****** p****. Do something then, b****."

At this point, security was forced to intervene. The two were separated, and as Virgo was being moved away from Perry, he angrily said the following:

"You f****** c***, I'll knock you out."
