Top-ranked UFC bantamweight Sean O'Malley has weighed in on Tony Ferguson's recent run-in with the law.

Just before 2 a.m. local time in Hollywood on May 7, Ferguson allegedly crashed his pickup truck into two parked cars outside of a nightclub. Ferguson was arrested and booked into Hollywood Community Police Station for DUI. TMZ Sports was told that "El Cucuy" was uncooperative when approached by police, allegedly refused to take a field sobriety test, and "reeked of alcohol."

Ferguson is no longer under police custody. While the former interim UFC Lightweight Champion was being held under $30,000 bond, he was freed on his own recognizance.

During episode 107 of the "BrOMalley Show," O'Malley gave his reaction to the situation involving Ferguson.

"That's not good, that's not good," O'Malley said. "F***ing Tony, what are we doing here, bud? Anytime somebody's drinking and driving you gotta maybe assume that things aren't going good, you know what I mean?"

O'Malley admitted he does feel bad for Ferguson. With that said, he isn't going to excuse "El Cucuy's" actions.

"You can kill somebody drinking and driving," O'Malley said. "You can kill somebody f***ing driving sober, let alone being buzzed. I can hardly walk straight when I'm buzzed, let alone get in the goddamn car. Although, driving my Lambo blacked out sounds fun sometimes, but I would never do it."
