According to a Twitter post by On3’s Hayes Fawcett, Thursday evening,

Wharton High (Florida) 4-star edge rusher Booker Pickett, Jr. has committed to the University of Miami.

A 6-foot-4, 210-pound defensive dynamo, Pickett selected the Hurricanes over Florida State and Ohio State, among his finalists.

According to Hayes, Pickett simply said, “I’m home.”
