MINNEAPOLIS - The 2026 Minnesota high school boys basketball state tournament continues on Thursday.

After two days of competition, the third day features the Class 1A quarterfinals at Target Center and the Class 3A and 4A semifinals at Williams Arena.

This page will be updated with final scores, recaps and live updates throughout the day.

CLASS 1A QUARTERFINALS

No. 1 Henning vs. No. 8 Upsala

Kale Misegades led Henning to a quarterfinal win with 35 points and 16 rebounds. The Hornets held the Cardinals to 32 percent shooting. Quinn Guthrie led Upsala with 12 points.

No. 4 Southland vs. No. 5 Hill-Beaver Creek

The Patriots defeated the Rebels in a game with 13 lead changes. The Rebels had cut the Patriots lead to two points, but Hills-Beaver Creek sophomore guard Brodie Metzger hit a 3-point shot with 47 seconds remaining to seal the win.

He finished with 24 points. Jamin Metzger scored 21 points.

Henry Wiste and Tate Georgen led Southland with 21 points each.

No. 2 Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton vs. No. 7 Cherry

No. 3 Red Lake County Rebels vs. No. 6 Liberty Classical Academy


CLASS 3A SEMIFINALS

No. 1 Totino-Grace vs. No. 4 Northfield

The Eagles cruised to another win, and they led by as much as 35 points in the second half. They 50.7 percent from the field while holding the Raiders to 39.2 percent shooting.

Jaylan Hynes led the Eagles with 15 points. Dothan Ijadimbola and Tian Chatman each scored 12 points.

Liam Oakland led Northfield with 14 points.

No. 2 DeLaSalle vs. No. 3 Richfield

DeLaSalle forced 16 turnovers and went to the free-throw line 29 times in the win over the Spartans. The Islanders took care of the ball and only turned it over three times.

The Spartans trailed by eight points with 1:17 remaining, but they cut the lead to 71-70 with 18 seconds remaining. DeLaSalle's Evan Miller made one of two free throws to give the Islanders a 2-point lead. Richfield's Tyrece Hagler missed a layup on the next possession, and DeLaSalle's Kamar Thomas grabbed the defensive rebound and then hit one free throw to cement the win.

Thomas finished with a game-high 24 points. Dre Collins led Richfield with 22 points.


CLASS 4A SEMIFINALS

No. 1 Tartan vs. No. 5 Chaska

No. 3 Maple Grove vs. No. 7 Apple Valley
