Bradley Central (Tennessee) four-star athlete Boo Carter is a special playmaker.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound bluechip wide receiver/defensive back prospect is committed to the Tennessee Volunteers, but is still being heavily pursued by programs from all around the country.

This weekend, Carter is planning to be at Tennessee for its "blackout" game against South Carolina.

But first, he had to make a pitstop in the endzone Friday night.

Late in a close contest, Carter snagged a long pass with one hand without breaking stride and took it to the house for six.

Check it out:

Overall, Tennessee's 2024 recruiting class consists of 20 pledges and is ranked No. 9 nationally.

How good is the class?

Despite Carter's electric playmaking ability, he is not listed as a top-10 addition for the Vols.

The headliners of the group are a pair of five-star prospects: Vestavia Hills (Alabama) edge-rusher Jordan Ross and Parkview (Georgia) wide receiver Mike Matthews.
