Jiya Perry scores 15 points as the Eagles advance to state title game

SAN ANTONIO - DeSoto outscored Northside Clark 18-10 in the final quarter en route to a 56-47 victory on Friday night in the semifinals of UIL Class 6A girls basketball tournament at the Alamodome.

The Eagles (34-2) will face South Grand Prairie in the 6A state title game on Saturday night.

Jiya Perry scored a game-high 15 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for DeSoto and teammate Ja'Mia Harris added 13 points. 

Aaliyah Roberson and Ramsey Robledo had 12 points each for Northside Clark (35-3).
