The Alabama Crimson Tide football program enjoyed spring break with the rest of the university this past week, but there was still cause for celebration.

Alabama added its fifth prospect to the Class of 2025 as Derick Smith, 4-star wide receiver out of Southside Selma High School in Selma, Ala. on Monday. Smith's commitment gives Alabama the No. 13 overall recruiting class in the current cycle, but new head coach Kalen DeBoer doesn't want to stop there.

While no recruits seem to be on campus this weekend, it appears the Crimson Tide is loading up on visits for the second week of spring practice.
