Bearcats Contact ACC Transfer Guard Nahiem Alleyne; Offer Rising 2023 Power Forward Arrinten Page

CINCINNATI — Wes Miller and the Bearcats are hard at work recruiting both sides of the talent equation. They recently offered another hidden gem in the 2023 class and contacted a sought-after transfer guard.
Things start in the transfer portal with a Virginia Tech's Nahiem Alleyne. The shooting guard averaged 9.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists last season for the Hokies.
Alleyne would be a solid addition to the backcourt and bring much-needed size to that part of the roster at 6-foot-4, 195 pounds. Alleyne struggled with his shot inside the arc (38% on two-point attempts), but he's settled into a nice role as a three-point shooter. Among players to attempt at least four triples per game, the junior was 12th in the ACC in three-point FG% (37.3%).
Alleyne checks all the boxes Cincinnati needs in a new guard. According to Evan Miya, he is the 67th-best transfer that entered the portal this offseason and the 19th-best shooting guard.
The high school recruiting offer went out to three-star 2023 forward Arrinten Page.

According to Rivals, Page is a three-star recruit and now holds eight offers from schools like UAB, Alabama, and Georgia. The 6-foot-9, 225-pound power forward is expected to continue rising throughout the summer.
"Possibly nobody in the building boosted their stock more than TSF 2023 forward Arrinten Page," Rivals' Travis Graf said about Page a few weeks ago. "The 6-foot-9 forward showed off a versatile offensive skill set, which included some old-school fade-away jumpers, jump hooks, a nice face-up game and a strong, confident stroke from the outside. Page might be one of the nation’s best-kept secrets in 2023 and don’t be surprised if he makes a debut in the next Rivals150. Page holds a handful of mid-major offers, including Georgia State, UCF and UAB. He’s also garnering interest from bigger schools such as Illinois. Look for his recruitment to blow up this summer."
