CINCINNATI — Cincinnati took it on the chin against Ohio State 81-53 in their second game of the Maui Invitational.

The Bearcats had no answers for Buckeye forwards Zed Key (19 points) and freshman Brice Sensabaugh (17 points).

The Rundown: OSU outrebounded UC 42-29 and continued the glass issues plaguing the Bearcats this season. Ball movement was lacking all afternoon, as UC posted just four assists (lowest mark in  Wes Miller era).

"It was a quick turnaround for both of us," Miller said after the game. "I thought our guys were ready to play coming out of the gate. But they got after us on the offensive glass. I thought that kind of opened the game up for them. And then give, like I thought Brice Sensabaugh and Sean McNeil hit some really tough shots in the middle to end of the first half. I thought that kind of opened it up a little bit, and then they kicked our tails in the second half."

Viktor Lakhin (12 points, four rebounds) continued his nice start to the season, but he was the only bright spot for UC. Leading scorers David DeJulius and Landers Nolley were missing in action.

The duo combined for three points on 1-of-11 shooting. The hot start for Nolley did not carry over following a career-high 33 points against Arizona.

Notable Nuggets: Cincinnati has now lost five-straight games to Ohio State dating back to their last win in the early-60s.

The rough outing marks the biggest loss by point differential of the Wes Miller era, eclipsing last season's 22-point defeat at home against Houston.
