Former UC Linebacker Joel Dublanko Named Captain Of San Antonio Brahmas

CINCINNATI — The XFL returns this coming weekend in a new form led by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

One of the players ready to showcase their skills is former Cincinnati linebacker Joel Dublanko.

The thumper is a member of the San Antonio Brahmas and got named a captain ahead of the first game against St. Louis.

Dublanko is no stranger to the role. He was a captain on the 2021 College Football Playoff team, collecting first-team All-AAC honors as he led the team with 113 tackles.
