CINCINNATI —  The basketball transfer portal is in full swing as Cincinnati sets up a visit with an NIT foe this past season. Bearcat Journal's Chad Brendel reports that Bradley guard Connor Hickman is visiting UC on Monday.

The shifty 6-3, 200-pound guard posted 14.5 points and 3.4 rebounds per game this season on 46.7% shooting (40.2% from deep). Hickman is coming off a visit to Indiana, as the two schools are in hot pursuit.

He would be a pretty solid option to complete a Bearcats guard rotation featuring Day Day Thomas, Jizzle James, Simas Lukošius, and CJ Fredrick. Hickman is an efficient scorer who focuses on rim attacks and high-volume deep shooting (5.9 attempts per game). He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Cincinnati also reached out to TCU transfer forward JaKobe Coles in recent days.

The 6-8, 215-pound bruiser posted 10 points and 3.8 rebounds per game this past season on 49% shooting (42.2% outside). Coles has the profile to fit well in multiple lineups, including next to Aziz Bandaogo as a stretch four. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

We close the roundup with UC contacting La Salle junior guard Khalil Brantley.

The 6-1 guard posted 15.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game last season on 38.7% shooting (32.2% from deep). He has one year of eligibility remaining.
