Bearcats 2023 Target Parker Friedrichsen Commits to Oklahoma State

Cincinnati offered the shooting guard a scholarship last month.

CINCINNATI — One player on Cincinnati basketball’s radar has chosen a different school. 2023 four-star shooting guard Parker Friedrichsen announced he is committing to Oklahoma State.

The Bixby (Ok.) product is staying in his home state. According to 247Sports, Friedrichsen is the 104th-ranked player nationally and is the 21st-ranked shooting guard. Cincinnati offered him a scholarship on Feb. 16.

He had 22 offers but is committed to staying near his hometown. He visited OK State on March 4 and decided quickly.
