CINCINNATI — Recruiting season is heating up like the weather as more offers went out to football talent in upcoming classes.

We start with an offer to three-star 2025 linebacker Xavier Goulbourne out of Carrollwood Day (Florida).

According to On3, Goulbourne is the 448th-ranked player nationally and the 43rd-best linebacker.

The 6-foot-2, 204-pound linebacker holds six other offers from schools like Louisville and Indiana.

An offer went out to 2025 three-star wide receiver Daylyn Upshaw out of Central (Alabama).

According to On3, Upshaw is the 20th-best player in Alabama and the 74th-best receiver nationally.

Cincinnati is the 5-foot-11, 175-pound receiver's seventh offer among schools like Penn State and Texas.

Next is an offer to 2025 offensive tackle Kaden Mowl out of Oakland (Tennessee).

The 6-foot-7, 320-pound talent is unranked and holds one other offer from Memphis.

Cincinnati also offered 2025 three-star safety Jussiah Williams-West out of Wayne (Ohio).

According to 247Sports, Williams-West is the 34th-best safety nationally and the 46th-best player in Ohio.

He holds 10 other offers from schools like Kentucky and Ball State.

We roll into an offer for 2025 cornerback Patrick Williams out of Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School (Georgia).

Williams is not ranked on a major service and holds one other offer from Charlotte.

The big slate of offers wraps up with 6-foot-6 wide receiver Kamaurri Smith out of Wayne (Ohio).

Smith is not ranked on a major service and holds six offers from schools like Purdue and Kentucky.
