Mizzou's Darius Robinson Has Lofty Prediction for NFL Draft

Missouri Tigers and soon-to-be NFL defensive lineman Darius Robinson is looking forward to the NFL Draft for more reasons than the obvious.

Missouri defensive lineman Darius Robinson is one of eight Tiger football players with hopes of hearing his name called at the 2024 NFL Draft from April 25-27.

Robinson thrived on the defensive line throughout the season, as he led the Tigers in sacks (8.5) and tackles for loss (14). The All-SEC First Team member's draft stock soared throughout the week leading up to the Senior Bowl game, as he was named the annual practice MVP among all players.

As he continues to gain more national attention for his efforts, Robinson appeared on FanDuel TV's Up And Adams Show on Thursday. Host Kay Adams asked him a variety of questions, including his plans for the draft in Detroit, which is located 15 miles from his hometown of Canton, Mich.

"I will be at the draft on the 25th and we'll see what happens," Robinson said. "I'm just really excited. I just left New York as I got my suit for the draft, so I'm all set."

Adams asked what Robinson's suit will look like, and his answer included a lofty prediction.

"I'm not trying to give away too much, but just know your boy might win 'Top Dressed' at the draft, so we'll see," Robinson said.

Prospects often have their draft night outfits picked for them by someone else, but Robinson assured that isn't the case.

"I found this place in St. Louis and they had a really good deal going on," Robinson said. "I got three suits, they're nice suits but going into the league I definitely have to get my suit-game up."

The 6-foot-5, 285-pounder explained that he has to get his suits custom-made by saying his arms are "a little bit longer than the mannequin."
